Delivery options:

 All delivery options are subject to seasonal delays such as Christmas.

  • Free delivery on orders over £30
  • Premium Tracked £5.45 (Usually 2-3 working days)
  • Economy £3.95 (Usually within 2-4 working days) *Best Value*
  • Express Tracked £9.45 (1-2 Working days)
  • Saturday Tracked - £13.95 Mainland only (Interlink Courier) Orders prior to 1pm Thursday

We are shipping orders everyday for arrival prior to Halloween weekend.  If you order before Thursday 1pm, your order should be with you by Saturday.  We advise choosing one of our Premium or Express options the later you leave it.  Our Saturday Tracked option will be shipped on Friday via Interlink to arrive with you on Saturday.  This service will text/email you your delivery information, giving you full peace of mind.  Delivery estimates may be extended during peak times over Halloween and Christmas but we will endeavour to get your order to you as fast as possible.  All delivery times are best estimates and not guaranteed.

Here at Fun Ideas Ltd we have tried to provide you with as many options as possible with regards to how you can receive your delivery.  The above delivery options include an estimate of the delivery timescales.  These are not guaranteed.  If you need your order by or on a specific day, please call us on 01202-461049 and we will be happy to help.

If your chosen delivery option requires a signature and no one is available to sign, the delivery person should leave a “While you were out” card, telling you where you can collect your parcel.  There may also be instructions as to how you can arrange for redelivery.

Please keep in mind that we cannot be held liable for any delays due to no one being available to sign for your delivery.  All delivery times are estimates.  Parcels can take up to 15 days to be delivered before classed as being missing.  We are unable to refund postage costs due to delivery taking place outside of these estimates.

If your chosen delivery method has the option of nominating a “Safe place”, you will be able to tell us where you would like your parcel left if no one is available to take delivery.  For example “Please leave behind blue bin”.  Please only notify us of places that are safe as once a parcel has been left with your authorisation we may be unable to process any claims of lost parcels.

Where your delivery is attempted but no-one is available, the courier may attempt a re-delivery or they may leave you a card advising you where your parcel can be collected etc.  We advise you check with your local delivery office in person as delivery personnel do not always leave cards  If no attempt is made to collect the parcel or it is returned to us, through no fault of our own.  Any refund of your order will incur a £10 deduction in addition to any shipping costs also not being refunded. 

We also offer you the option of selecting the actual day you want to take delivery of your order.  This means you can order ahead of time but also select a delivery date that you know you will be available to take your delivery in.  The chosen delivery date must be at least 3 working days past your order date.

Any orders placed after 1pm may be processed the following day.  Any delivery estimates or guaranteed times do not include the day the order is placed.  Fun Ideas Limited will not be held liable for delay of deliveries under any circumstances, either by Royal Mail or any other courier or for any consequential loss as a result of such delays. No compensation will be offered (other than your statutory protection) for any reason or under any circumstances incurred through loss or delay of your order, either in part or in full. Your order is only classed as accepted once we have shipped your items. At no point up until shipment has your order been accepted. Where you have placed an order and either part or the whole of your order is not available, you will be notified via email. Your order will be cancelled and any money paid will be refunded in full for items not supplied. Where you have provided us with a telephone number, we may call you to offer alternative items. We use many different suppliers and as such we may substitute your ordered product for one of similar/better quality.  During busy peak seasonal times such as Halloween or Christmas, the above delivery times may be affected and any delivery guarantees may be suspended/extended.
