Returns Policy


You are able to return your purchase to us at any point up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery. We are unable to refund your shipping if you have chosen any of our non-standard options. Return postage costs are at your expense. Where your item is received faulty, you will have 14 days to notify us of this.

We can provide a return label to you if required at a cost of £3.50, this will be deducted from your refund.  When you contact us, please let us know if you require one of these labels.

To return your item/s please send details to jade - @ -  Items that show signs of wear/user damage, will not be refunded under any circumstances.  Return addess is below in Red.  Once you have emailed us, place your order details or full name in the package and send back to the address below.

Business to business sales are excluded from The Consumer Contracts Regulations (Distance selling regulations) and as such we do not accept returns on these orders.  A business to business sales is where the goods are purchased to be used by a business or paid for by a business.  Charities and schools are classed as a business.

Once your return has been received we will process your request within 7 working days. We regret that items received without a Returns Request email being sent cannot be processed. Any such items received will be stored for 30 days, after which point they will be disposed of at our discretion.  If you are unable to email us please call.


If you are only returning part of an order, and the new order value is below our free shipping threshold, you will be refunded the cost of the returned item minus our standard shipping charge of £3.95. Where your order qualifies for free shipping but you have chosen a paid shipping option, this will not be refunded.


Return postage costs are at your expense. For faulty items, please contact our warehouse on 01202-461049 to arrange a return or exchange (your choice). If a delivery attempt fails and your order is returned to us, and where you would like redelivery, you may be charged the original shipping fee again or the standard charge of £2.95. If you decide after a failed/refused delivery that you no longer need the goods, a handling fee of £3.95 may be deducted from your refund. We advise when returning items to us that you use a traceable postage method as items not received cannot be refunded. All returns must be requested within 14 days after the day of receiving your order via writing or email. Any return request outside of these time scales will not be granted. Please return these products to us within 30 days of the date you requested a return. This does not affect your statutory rights. In line with The Consumer Contracts Regulations you are reminded to take reasonable care when returning your product and include all original packaging when returning your order. Products which have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, tarmpered with etc will not be eligible for a return.

 Orders from outside of the EU will not be accepted for return, please ensure that you purchase the correct items and sizes.

You are free to try your costume on to establish size, look and feel.  Where a costume includes accessories in a sealed bag, please do not open/use these until you have confirmed your item fits, is suitable and that you are going to keep your order as once the hygiene seals are broken we may not be able to process a return.  Wigs, tights and underwear are non returnable, Please ensure you require these items prior to purchase.

 Certain items are excluded from change of mind returns such as Eyelashes, underwear, wigs, teeth and make up.

Buying your costumes should be a happy and fun time; we do not impose any unfair terms and conditions or try to confuse you with a long returns policy. We believe that if you are unhappy in any way simply contact us and we will resolve any issue you may have. Happy Shopping!
